SLOW COOKER BBQ RIBS
4 lb. ribs of your choice
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 t. oregano
In a bowl, mix together all the barbecue ribs ingredients except for the ribs themselves. Place ribs in the Crock Pot. Pour the BBQ sauce over ribs and turn to coat. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or til ribs are tender.
Rob said: Now, you know, I'd say add 1 t. chopped garlic, 1 chopped jalapeño pepper and 1/8 t. cumin!
