14-15 c. day old bread cubes (cut into 1 inch cubes)
3 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 t. rubbed sage
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Add butter and toss. Spoon into a (5 quart) slow cooker, cover and cook the dressing/stuffing on low for 4 hours, stirring once.
