NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE FUDGE (Joy Taylor-Skiba’s)
2 sticks butter
4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa
In a heavy pan, combine all fudge ingredients and bring to the boil. Boil 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 t. vanilla, 1 c. chunky peanut butter and 6 c. plain uncooked oatmeal (not instant). Stir til combined. Immediately drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed or parchment paper-lined baking sheets as quickly as you can. Let the fudge firm up for 15-30 minutes.
