MIXED UP COOKIE CAKES (Linda’s)
1 pkg. (17.5 oz.) peanut butter cookie mix, prepared per package instructions
21 Reese’s peanut butter cups
1 pkg. (18.3 oz.) brownie mix prepared per directions
Coat 2 standard muffin tins with non-stick spray. Pour 1 T. cookie dough into each cup and flatten the dough against the bottom. Place 1 Reese’s cup, narrow side up, in each. Top with 2 T. of brownie mix or til covered. Bake 350° for 18 minutes or til a toothpick inserted in the edge comes out clean. Cool for 20-30 minutes. Remove from pan.
