24 whole graham crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped

Arrange graham crackers in a layer on a (10x15 inch) jelly roll pan. Bring butter and sugar to the boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the pecans or walnuts. Spread the praline mixture over the graham crackers. Bake 350° for 10 minutes. Cool the cookies for 10 minutes and break apart to serve. Store the praline squares in a coffee can or any other can with a tight fitting lid.

Note: try putting foil over the pan and lightly spray with non-stick spray for an easier clean up.
