HONEY LEMON SLAW (Barb’s)

1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 T. honey
1/2 t. grated lemon rind
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. ground ginger
2 c. shredded red cabbage
2 c. shredded green cabbage

In a medium bowl, stir together the Miracle Whip, honey, lemon rind, lemon juice, salt and ginger. Add red cabbage and green cabbage together and toss to coat well. Cover and chill the coleslaw for at least 2 hours.
