CRABMEAT SALAD (Lucy’s)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp flaked crab meat, chopped
1 lb. small shell pasta, cooked al dente
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 of a green, red and yellow pepper, chopped
1/2 can black olives, chopped
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
POPPY SEED DRESSING:
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 T. sour cream
2 T. poppy seed dressing
squirt or two of French’s yellow mustard
Mix dressing, toss with salad ingredients and chill.
