BARBECUE (B-B-Q) SAUCE
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. Tabasco sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
1/4 c. Karo syrup or brown sugar
To make the B-B-Q sauce: Mix the butter, cider vinegar, ketchup, lemon juice, Worecestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and brown sugar together, Bring to the boil and pour over chicken or ribs. Bake 350° for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
