1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. orange Jell-O
3/4 c. apricot nectar
2/3 c. Wesson oil
Mix your favorite yellow cake mix, orange Jello, apricot nector and oil together and beat for 3 minutes. Add 2 t. orange extract and 4 beaten eggs. Mix well. Pour orange cake mixture into a greased and floured angel food cake pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Punch holes in the cake with an ice pick and pour the orange icing over the cake. Cool.
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 T. orange juice
Mix the powdered sugar and orange juice together til smooth.
