PASTA SALAD (Margit’s)
3/4 lb. rotini pasta, cooked
1 bunch green onion, chopped
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
6 hard cooked eggs, mashed
4-5 shakes Maggi seasoning or to taste
1/2 c. Marzetti’s cole slaw dressing
enough mayonnaise to bind
1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 can shrimp or crabmeat (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hours.
