IMPOSSIBLE BACON PIE (Lucy’s)

12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
5 eggs
1 1/3 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

Preheat oven to 400°. In a non-stick-sprayed (10 inch) pie plate, put the first 3 ingredients (mixed together). Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender and mix, on high, til smooth (15 seconds). Pour into pie plate and bake 45-50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
