2 pkg. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 t. ground coriander
1/4 c raisins, diced
1/4 c. dried apricots, diced
1/4 c. dates, diced
1/4 c. prunes, diced
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
apple slices and assorted crackers

In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Stir in fruit and shape into a ball. Roll in nuts and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate til just before serving. Serve with apples and crackers.
