2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix made per directions in a (9 inch) pan
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
hickory bacon and grease.
scrambled eggs
pepper-jack cheese

Fry bacon, set aside and cook onion and green pepper in the bacon grease. Cook grits. Remove cornbread, split cross-wise, and layer with grits, onions, green peppers, bacon, and eggs. Top with pepper-jack cheese Cover with top layer of cornbread. Place back in oven at 250°  about 10-15 minutes or long enough to melt the cheese through.
