HOME MADE SHAKE & BAKE (Leona’s)
2/3 c. dry milk
1 t. poultry seasoning
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. paprika
2 t. powdered bouillon
Mix ingredients together and store in a plastic bag. Coat meat in a plastic bag. When coated put on a pan and bake 350° til meat of your choice is done.
