COFFEE FROSTING (Gloria’s)
Combine 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/3-1/2 c. black coffee. Melt in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds or so, til it’s pourable (about 3 minutes). It will harden quickly. You can add a handful of coconut if desired.
NOTE: if you prefer, you can melt the mixture on the stove using a double-boiler over boiling water. This can also be poured into a pan and let harden to make fudge!
