Juanita called in with her quick and easy vegetarian cabbage side dish recipe cooked in a wok when one of our neighbors asked for easy vegetable side dish recipes.
CABBAGE SIDE DISH (Juanita’s)
Quarter and shred a head of cabbage and sauté in a wok with 1/4 stick of melted butter, over medium heat, til cooked through. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Note: if you don't have a wok to prepare this side dish, you can use a skillet to fry the cabbage.
