12 oz. chocolate, broken up
3/4 c. light cream
2 T. instant coffee
2 T. Kirsch liquor (or brandy or Gran Marnier)

Put the first 3 ingredients in a heavy sauce pan and melt over a low heat, stirring constantly til smooth. Remove from heat and add Kirsch. Pour in fondue pot on warm.
