HOME MADE YOGURT (Gloria’s)
Scald 5 c. milk in a stainless steel or non-reactive pan. Turn off heat and let cool to luke warm. Add 1 container of yogurt and blend well. Place on the top rack (as close to the light as possible) in oven with the oven light turned on. Let stand, uncovered, overnight. Reserve a container for the next batch (like a sourdough starter). Refrigerate.
