The neighbor that called in with this zip sauce recipe for us said she would "steak" her reputation on the recipe, it really beefed up the taste of her meat at dinner time.


1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 T. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. crushed rosemary
1 t. parsley
1/2 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. ground cumin
1/8 t. cayenne pepper

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 minute and set aside. Add the juices from your cooked steaks and re-heat butter mixture. Pour the hot zip sauce over steaks and serve immediately.
