Lucy Taylor shared this holiday bark recipe with us. It is a great dessert recipe containing white chocolate, dried cranberries and toasted pistachios. Sounds like this white chocolate dessert recipe is a holiday every day!


1 lb. finely chopped white chocolate
1 1/2 t. peanut or vegetable oil
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1 1/4 c. shelled pistachios, toasted

Line a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides on it with foil. Melt the white chocolate in a double-boiler, over low heat. Stir in the oil, cranberries and pistachios and mix well. Spread over the foil and let the chocolate bark stand til hardened. Break into pieces.
