Chef Michael's No Mayonnaise, Non Creamy, Vinegar Based Cole Slaw Recipe is awsome. Rob and I stopped in to Chef's Cuisine for dinner after a day with the Fenton Rotarians and the “Taste Of Fenton”. It was a wonderful way to end a beautiful day (even tho it rained!).

2 heads cabbage, shredded
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. oil
1 T. dijon mustard
1T. celery seed
1 t. kosher salt

Toss well and chill. The cole slaw will keep in the refrigerator for 7 days. As a side dish, the slaw serves 8-12.
Note: as a garnish, this makes 40  (1 1/2 oz.) portions.
