BARBECUED BABY BACK RIBS (Al O’Neal’s)
1 slab baby back ribs
1/2 c. olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 T. your favorite barbecue sauce
Pour olive oil in a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients. Cover a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and place the ribs on top. Rub mixture into the ribs. Wrap the ribs tightly and bake 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and transfer to a preheated barbecue grill. Grill the ribs meat-side-down for 10 minutes. Add barbecue sauce and turn over. Repeat.
