Cook the squash in your microwave oven. Pierce the squash and cook 15 minutes at full power in a 1000 watt oven. Cut it open and scrape the insides out with a fork. Top with butter, salt and pepper or your favorite spaghetti sauce. Can also be boiled, without piercing, til skin is fork tender.
