It's rhubarb time in Michigan ad we took a lot of interesting recipes like this rhubarb punch. We think we will call the June menu minder the "rhubarb issue" as there are 12 recipes using rhubarb!

3 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate
3 c. water
2 bottles (7 oz. ea.)  lemon-lime soda (about 2 cups)

Combine rhubarb, sugar, lemonade and water in saucepan.  Cook about 20 minutes til rhubarb is soft.  Strain and chill.  Add soda when serving.
