COOL WHIP, CAKE MIX COOKIES (Rose’s)

1 box lemon cake mix (or any flavor)
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 egg
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix all but powdered sugar. Drop by tablespoonsful into sugar and roll to coat.  Place balls 2 inches apart onto a parchment-paper-covered cookie sheet. Bake 350° for 14 minutes. Remove immediately and cool on rack.
