1 c. cream cheese
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. pimento stuffed green olives
1 clove garlic, minced
red pepper flakes to taste (optional)

Place in a blender or food processor and blend til smooth. Garnish with chopped hazelnuts. Serve with garlic chips and celery sticks.
