1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 T. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 large, fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch chunks
12 slices bacon, cut crosswise into thirds
36 soaked wooden toothpicks, soaked in water for 30 minutes, drained and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, soy sauce and brown sugar. Add pineapple, cover and chill 30 minutes. Drain pineapple, discarding marinade. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Wrap each pineapple chunk with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on baking sheet and bake 30-35 minutes or til bacon is crisp. Serve warm.
