SWEET AND TANGY BARBECUE SAUCE (Kathy's)

1 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar, packed
4 T. soy sauce
2 t. fresh ginger, grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4-1/2 t. dry mustard

Stir ingredients together and bring to a boil.
