GRAHAM CRACKER BRITTLE (Lucy Taylor's)

graham crackers
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease the bottom of (10x15x1 inch) jelly roll pan. Line the bottom with graham squares. Bring the margarine, butter and sugar to the boil, over medium heat, and boil for 2 minutes. Pour over crackers. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 18 minutes. Cool and break into pieces. Store in a Tupperware or other tightly closed container.
