RUM SAUCE (Tom Boakes)

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1 t. vanilla
3 T. Meyer's dark rum
nutmeg to taste

Combine the first 3 ingredients and cook, over low heat, for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
