3 avocadoes, peeled and diced
1/2 tomato, finely diced
1/2 small onion, finely diced
1/2 habanero or 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
1 clove garlic, minced
dash lime juice
salt to taste

In bowl, mash avocadoes til slightly chunky. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the flavors marry.


4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
1 t. ground cumin
1 ripe, medium Roma tomato, seeded and diced
1/2 c. minced sweet white onion
2 Serrano chilies, seeded and minced
1/4 c. chopped cilantro leaves
4 T. fresh lime juice
hot pepper sauce, sea salt, white pepper to taste

Cut avocado in large chunks. Place in a large bowl and mash coarsely with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and blend gently - leaving some small chunks is fine. Taste and adjust seasoning with more pepper sauce, salt and pepper if desired.
