SEAFOOD DILL SAUCE (Holiday Market Cooking School, Royal Oak)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 t. dill weed
2 T. chopped pickle relish
2 T. green onion
1 c. sour cream
2 T. lemon juice
1 t. mustard
1 T. red bell pepper, small dice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients together, stir well and chill for 30 minutes.
