2 (8 inch) zucchini, quartered and cut into a 1 inch dice
1/2 small onion, small dice
3/4 t. dill seed
3 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Simmer together for 15-20 minutes. Cool slightly and puree in batches in the blender. Stir in 1 c. sour cream. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
