CORN CASSEROLE (Mary's)

1 can (15 oz.) corn, undrained
1 can (15 oz.) cream style corn, undrained
1 small onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick margarine, broken into pieces
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1-1 1/2 c. shredded sharp, Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together and pour into a greased (8x12 inch) glass baking dish. Bake 350° about 45 minutes or til firm in the center. Add cheese over top and bake 5 more minutes til cheese melts. Serve warm.
