SUSAN'S PUMPKIN BREAD

2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can (16oz.) pumpkin
2/3 c. water

Mix these five ingredients together first.

Then add:
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins

Grease the bottom only of 6 mini-loaf pans. Place them on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
