TRANQUIL TEA (Gloria Pitzer)
1/4 t. peppermint extract or 1 T. dry mint leaves crushed (this is nature's digestive)
1 T. dry rosemary leaves (this is nature's tranquilizer)
1 T. sage leaves or rubbed sage (this is nature's soporific - causes sleepiness)
Place all ingredients into a 2 c. teapot and pour boiling water over it. Cover and steep 5 minutes. Strain into cup and sweeten as desired. Sip it slowly before bedtime. (makes 2 cups)
