3 T. soy sauce
2 T. crushed garlic
1/2 t. crushed ginger root
2 T. dark brown sugar, packed
2 T. red pepper sauce (chili garlic sauce)
1 t. red pepper flakes
2 T. rice wine (sake)
2 T. toasted sesame oil

Stir all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add pork and marinate for 10 minutes minimum to 4 hours maximum (10 minutes for fish or soft vegetables, 3-4 hours for pork or beef). Grill.
