BUTTERMILK PIE (Earsie's)

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 T. flour
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk, at room temperature
2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients well. Pour into a (9 inch) pie shell. Bake 350° for 30-45 minutes til golden on top.
