HORSERADISH SAUCE LIKE THE TOTEM POLE ON WOODWARD (Gloria Pitzer)
6 T. real mayonnaise
4 T. sour cream
1 T. bottled grated horseradish
1 t. sugar
In small bowl combine all ingredients with wire whisk til smooth. Do not freeze. Keep tightly capped and refrigerated to be used up within a week. (makes about 1 1/2 c.)
