SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP LIKE COOKER'S (Gloria Pitzer)
Prepare 1 envelope McCormick's white sauce as the package directs. Add to it half of a (10 oz.) box of frozen chopped spinach, cooked til tender and drained well! Also add 1/4 c. grated Parmesan. Stir well to combine. Then add 1 small jar artichoke hearts, drained and diced small. Serve spinach artichoke dip warm.
