VEGGIE PIZZA (Rose's)
2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 pkg. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 t. dillweed
3-4 green onions, chopped
assorted vegetables (whatever's available) chopped broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, green olives, green and red peppers, carrots and zucchini etc.
Open and un-roll packages of crescent rolls onto a jelly roll or pizza pan and pinch the pieces together to seal. Bake pizza crust at 375° for 10 minutes or til lightly browned. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise; add dillweed and onions. Spread that mixture over the cooled pizza crust. Top pizza with available vegetables and press them in lightly. Chill 1 hour and cut the pizza into pieces.
