For those of you trying to stay on a low-fat diet, but you can't stand your sandwiches without mayo - this recipe will be a godsend!
LOW-FAT MAYONNAISE "TASTE ALIKE"
Puree 1/2 c. of soft tofu with 1 t. white vinegar, 1 t. lemon juice, 1/4 t. dry mustard and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Low fat mayonnaise will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator, tightly sealed. Use the low fat mayo on sandwiches, etc. instead of regular mayonnaise.
