TORTILLA ROLL-UPS (Mary's)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 envelope Hidden Valley ranch mix
soft white flour tortillas
1 bunch green onions finely diced
1 sweet red bell pepper, finely diced
1 can (3-4 oz.) chopped black olives
Put the cheese into a bowl and stir in the dressing mix to taste (around 1/2 envelope for Mary). Spread on tortillas and sprinkle with remaining ingredients to taste. Roll up tightly and refrigerate seam-side down for several hours. Cut into 1/2 inch slices (like pinwheels) using a very sharp knife. Place on a green or red serving plate. Use the end pieces to "taste test".
