1 head Belgian endive lettuce
1 tub Philadelphia brand salmon flavored cream cheese
1 pkg. smoked salmon or Lox

Break lettuce into individual leaves. Spread a dollop of cream cheese onto an endive leaf and top with a slice of smoked salmon. Serve with small bowls of capers, diced red onion and chopped hard-boiled egg.
