MASHED POTATO SALAD (Linda's)
4 c. hot Russet potatoes mashed and unseasoned
1/3 c. Hellman's mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
1 T. white vinegar
1 t. salt
1 1/2 T. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 T. finely chopped pimento
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. finely chopped green onion (include a little of the green part too)
Toss all salad ingredients togetherin a bowl and serve hot or cold.
