LOW-FAT PIZZA

Stretch out a prepared pizza dough (or toss in the air if you know how). Top with a small can of Hunt's tomato sauce. Saute sliced onions, mushrooms and garlic. Cool and put on pizza. Top with sliced Italian sausage made with chicken (you can buy this at Holiday markets and even have it shipped to you. Call: (248) 541-1414 in Royal Oak or (734) 844-2200 for Canton). Sprinkle with oregano, basil (or Italian seasoning) and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil. Place pizza on a non-stick sprayed jelly roll pan or pizza tray. Place on bottom rack of oven and bake 450° for 10 minutes. Top with strips of Galaxy Food's Veggie Slices Cheese Alternative made with organic tofu and return to the oven for 5-6 minutes til cheese is bubbly.
Note: use the garlic flavored non-stick spray for extra flavor.
