BROILER PIZZA PARTY APPETIZERS (Gloria Pitzer)
On an ungreased cookie sheet arrange a loaf of sliced "party rye" bread close together in a single layer. Make a paste of equal parts real mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese. Apply a teaspoonful of this to the top of each slice of bread. Top each with a slice of pepperoni or a little bit of scissor snipped boiled ham slices. Place under broiler til the cheese bubbles and is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
