1 pkg. Rosetto brand frozen cheese ravioli
1 jar (28 oz.) pasta sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat 425°. Brown ground beef in skillet. Spoon 1 c. sauce onto bottom of a (9x11x2 inch) baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the frozen ravioli on top of sauce. Cover with 1/2 ground beef and then 3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese. Cover with 1 c. sauce and repeat layering with pasta and ground beef and top with remaining sauce (be sure the sauce covers ravioli). Bake, covered, for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese and bake, uncovered, til cheese is browned and bubbly (about 5 minutes). Garnish lasagna with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
