TURKEY CABBAGE CASSEROLE (Helene's)
Preheat oven to 325°. Saute in olive oil, 2 medium chopped onions and 1 small package sliced mushrooms. Add 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey (or chopped-up leftovers) and cook til brown. Line a (9x13 inch) dish with 1 package shredded cabbage. Salt and pepper the sautéed mixture and spoon over the cabbage. Layer 1 bag of Success brown rice cooked per package directions over the meat layer. Top with another package of shredded cabbage. Pour 2 cans Campbell's undiluted cream of tomato soup over all. Cover the turkey casserole loosely with foil and bake 1 hour.
