1 large zucchini
salt and pepper
slices of American (or your preference) cheese
Brown hamburger with the onions and spices. Add sauce to coat the meat (too much will make it runny). Slice the zucchini in half then scoop out some of the center. Place zucchini on a cookie sheet and fill the hollow with the meat mixture. Bake 375° til the zucchini feels soft when poked with a fork. Lay the cheese slices on top and bake (or broil) a little more until it melts.
